These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vista Clean Junk Removal website (vistacleanaz.com) and the junk removal and hauling services we provide (“Services”). By using our Site or booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Vista Clean Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, and related cleanout services in Tucson and the surrounding Pima County area. Services are provided by TrueClean Cleaning Services, LLC.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices are based on the volume of material removed and the nature of the job. Any quote provided online or by phone is a good-faith estimate. Final pricing is confirmed on-site once our team can see the actual scope, volume, and any access or disposal considerations. We provide the on-site price before beginning work, and you may decline at that point at no charge.
Booking and Scheduling
When you book, we’ll confirm a date and arrival window. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to weather, traffic, or prior jobs running long; we’ll communicate with you if timing changes.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. If we arrive as scheduled and cannot access the items, or the job is cancelled after our team is already on site, a trip fee may apply.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).
Items We Cannot Accept
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove certain hazardous materials, which may include (but are not limited to) wet paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, and certain flammable or toxic substances. If you’re unsure about an item, ask us when booking and we’ll let you know or point you to the right disposal option.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the items to be removed;
- Ensure the items are yours to dispose of, or that you’re authorized to have them removed;
- Disclose any hazardous materials in advance; and
- Remove or secure any personal, valuable, or sensitive items you do not want hauled away, as removal is final.
Property and Liability
Our team takes care on your property. We are licensed and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for damage arising from conditions outside our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is.” Except as expressly stated and as required by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Vista Clean Junk Removal and TrueClean Cleaning Services, LLC harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, including any misrepresentation of the items to be removed or your right to dispose of them.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page with the most recent effective date applies.
